nGenera Online University is an interactive and self-paced training solution for all Knowledgebase facilitation roles—from authors to administrators—in your organization. The course’s online, on-demand format offers convenience and flexibility to train students anywhere Internet access is available and at any time without software downloads.
A prerecorded nGenera CIM Trainer guides the student through detailed lessons. The interactive Hands-On Exercises let the student immediately apply the lesson topics in a real-world Knowledgebase environment.
Self-certification is an objective for all participants at the conclusion of their lessons via an assessment. Multiple choice questions, instant feedback with answers, and the opportunity to review lessons deepen the learning experience. Ensure every student learns the knowledge that is most applicable to their role with nGenera Online University’s modular lessons—for example, the author’s lessons will have different content than the administrator’s.
Whether your team is new to Knowledgebase or has years of experience, nGenera Online University is a perfect fit for any level. Lessons introduce the fundamentals of Knowledgebase for beginners, while intermediate students can jump ahead and review advanced lessons. With the recent release of nGen Knowledgebase v8.1, seasoned veterans can learn how to effectively use the latest enhancements.
nGen Knowledgebase training is currently the only available Online University course. However, watch for expanded course offerings in the future, eventually covering the entire spectrum of nGenera’s solutions.
